I do not store any personal data on this web site.

If you order goods from me you will be asked to provide:

Name
Address
E-mail address
Country

This is the minimum information needed to dispatch your order. Once the order has been successfully processed by WorldPay I retain that information in a separate off-line file in case we need to contact you again, such as in the case of a refund. We retain this basic information for three years before removing it from our system.

If you prefer us to remove this information from our system, once you are satisfied with the goods, please e-mail us at removeme@stuart-barry.co.uk, quoting the e-mail address you used for the order and I'll gladly take you off my system.

I do not share information with any outside company.

E-mail opt out

From time to time I may send you an e-mail telling you about new products or services. So far I have not done this, relying on customers to come back to the web site occasionally. As such, I have not yet introduced an automatic, customer controlled opt-in and opt-out system. I plan to do so in the future, but for now, if you prefer me not to contact you by e-mail in the future, please send an e-mail to optout@stuart-barry.co.uk quoting your e-mail address.

Credit card security

Before you order from me you will certainly want to be sure that this is a safe place to do business with.

Please be re-assured that I do not deal with your credit card data on this site. I leave all of that to WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

WorldPay is one of the foremost on-line credit card handlers in the world. Once you click on the purchase button on this site you are transferred to the WorldPay secure site. Your link will change to https, which means that the data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone else. From that point I have no knowledge of your transaction with WorldPay, other than to be notified once you have paid. I am also bound by a code of conduct with WorldPay that protects your transaction.
